Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Kontaktly (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business.

The Service

Kontaktly is a business messaging platform that lets businesses connect their own WhatsApp Business, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram accounts to manage customer conversations, automations, templates, and analytics from a shared workspace.

Your responsibilities

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and with the Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, and Messenger and Instagram platform policies.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to message your customers and for the content you send.
  • You must not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, or abusive content.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

Connected accounts

You authorize us to access and act on your connected messaging accounts solely to provide the Service. You may disconnect an account at any time from the dashboard. Message delivery, pricing, and rate limits for WhatsApp, Messenger, and Instagram are set by Meta and are outside our control.

Fees and billing

Paid plans and wallet-based charges are billed as described at signup or in your dashboard. Third-party messaging charges billed by Meta are separate and are your responsibility.

Acceptable use and suspension

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, applicable platform policies, or if required to protect the Service or other users.

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for message delivery failures caused by third-party platforms.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
